No Lisa’s were harmed in the making of this workout lol .. this is the only workout I’ve ever had to stop the timer because the heat in the room was boiling hot. Don’t worry tho we smashed it .. just ignore me moaning lol ... although if you are in a hot climate please take breaks when you need to. ❤️
