  • Total Body Makeover | Day 2

    Lisa's got a rep workout for you today. You'll have a number to hit for each exercise. Push yourself through these full body moves!

  • Total Body Makeover | Day 3

    Go as hard as you can today! It's going to be tough but Lisa is here to support and push you through!

  • Total Body Makeover | Day 4

    Time to work that core! 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest, 3 times through. Grab some weight and let's do it!
