No equipment? No problem. This 20 minute bootcamp style class is made for people who are new to fitness and may not have tons of gear (or endurance) yet. Don’t get us wrong: BodyRock Trainer Irina is going to push you, but it’ll be nothing you can’t handle. Believe in yourself!

What to expect:
4 circuits comprised of 3 exercises: one cardio, one lower body, one full body. The final circuit will be all core, for a burnout that will put a fire in your belly.
30 seconds work, no breaks between moves, but at the end of every round of your circuit, you can take a 20 second break. Until then, keep moving. Complete each circuit 3 times.
30 seconds work. 20 second rest after one round completion of each circuit.
