One foot on bench, hands behind body fingers pointing towards feet, come down then press up with elevated foot, kick forward and come back down

Lay on stomach on bench, knees at end, weighted feet, ext out then bring up over thighs
Repeat but bring up to 90’, squeeze up, take it down
Repeat but only move in mid range I.e. from 90’ to 1/2 way down
C sit on bench, legs ext and crunch up and down
Repeat but moving feet up and over, side to side
C sit on bench, legs hip distance apart, ext down then crunch knees up, elbow touches to knees
Laying back on bench, knees at 90, down to almost two floor, back up crunching knees to elbows above hips
