Elevated (front) lunge + step in lunge + hop laterally
Bear plank explode up to cross knee touch + shoulder touch (stifling)
Jump up squat + jump off squat jack
2 plank press up/down + 10 wide mountain climbers
Squat hop on/off + 2 cross squat
