45 sec each, 15 sec break
4 rounds of 3 movements, 2 x each
Alternating lunges w/ oblique twist *resistance band
Boxer punches→ 1, 1, 2// switch sides *pink thing
Tuck jump, star jump
Push-up→ narrow row *resistance band
Bicycles *resistance band
2 Broad jumps→ peddle back *resistance band
Standing tricep pulls *pink thing
Frogger hip thrusts *resistance band
Side lunge w/ single arm wide pull *pink thing
Plank walk ups→ 2 plank walks
1 Squat jump→ 1 jack out
