Circuit 1: Step Up Shoulder Press, Side to side squat, Torso twist knee up
Circuit 2: Full burpee push up, hyper reverse, plank jacks
Circuit 3: Back lunge to fly, resistance deadlift, boxing crunches
Circuit 4: W back pull down, Single arm back row, laying abductions
