As you work through today's balancing postures, focus on bringing both sides of your body together to support your core. Don't get rigid, stay fluid.
Today we are doing a triangle series. Focus on getting as low to the ground as you can, then squeezing everything in to center. You will feel these movements. Instead of running away from the sensation, focus your breath and stay in the movements. Are you ready?
Time for vinyasa #2. You're halfway through the series! Remember to do the best you can! Look for your progress in those little moments -- when you hold a breath longer, or find strength in a new variation. Everything you are doing is stemming from the strong foundation you've already built.
