Today's all about the upper body! We're combining Day 2 from Week 1 and Week 2 for today's workout! And don't forget, for an extra push, you can add one (or both) of the Day 2 burnouts at the end!
Let's sculpt those legs and booty with today's lower body workout! Combine Day 3 from Week 1 and Day 3 from Week 2 and you've got one killer, fat burning, workout!
