What to expect:
Get ready to work hard with little to no rests between exercises. BUT you do get to rest between sets, and there are only two sets of each circuit, so you know you can do it.
This workout starts with two minutes of planks, then moves to an abs and ass-centric full body HIIT that hinges on plank-based moves.
2 minutes of plank, switching the variation every 30 seconds. No breaks!

4 moves, 1 minute each. Do the circuit twice. No breaks between exercises. Take a break between the sets if needed.
