What to expect:
First, you're going to smash out a 12 minute total body HIIT session using your Balance Trainer in ways you've probably never imagined. Then, Sylvie's planned a solid routine to strengthen and sculpt your arms, back, shoulders and chest. Do each circuit twice and lay it all on the line, every time. The first two circuits are timed and the last circuit is counted by reps, so be ready to switch it up at the halfway mark.
