Love your body -- it's the only one you've got! Many people start their fitness journey because they hate the way they look. You cannot start your journey from a place of hatred and loathing. There is nothing wrong with wanting to change the composition of your body but you need to view yourself with soft eyes, with kindness and understanding. Try to adjust your thinking. Don't start a program because you hate your belly, start a program because you love your body enough to make it as healthy and functional as possible! It's easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to others, to their bodies, to their fitness progress. But remember, we're all different, we're all on our own path. Let's try to use the community and those around us for support and not a point of comparison! Put your head down, sweat it out and do it for you!
