Sometimes in life, you just have to eat that extra slice of cake. Don't get too down on yourself for it, it is okay to indulge now and then! But on those rare occasions when you do, it is crucial that stay on top of your workout routine! You can't undo your food choices but you can help keep things in check. Today's my birthday and in order to make sure my cake-filled celebration doesn't destroy my fitness goals, I'm here to workout with all of you! No excuses, no days off!
