You guys rock, yep. I would also agree with Brienna, especially. I personally bounced around to so many different things: long distance running, Bikram yoga, and boxing. I've never really had a problem with weight, but I also never had muscle definition like I had when I found BodyRock. I started with the Intermediate Bootcamp, and I also went on the Paleo diet, which I have now swapped out for simple clean eating. After just 2 months of paying attention and working out regularly, I have a six pack. I never had that! And women stop me on the street to ask me how I got such shapely legs...the muscle definition is huge. But you also need to add extra weight...it's the combination of resistance training and cardio and diet that does it.
