I am new to this site an I have done a few of the yoga videos but I am looking for some hardcore calorie burning...I have no idea when the live versions come on....anybody have any suggestions on how or where I should start??

The Live are posted daily it's the first thing you will see when you login normally. If you are looking for a hardcore calorie burning workout you should try the 30 Day RTC Challenge. You can do a search at the top and it will bring them up by day. It's a really good challenge and is close to 60 min long workouts. Very Intense.
thanks for the suggestion! Maybe you or someone else can help me again.... I am getting a little discouraged I guess I'm not in as good of shape as I thought because I am really struggling through some of these workouts..I am mostly a runner and I have never worn the weighted vest...Please somebody tell me this gets a little easier as my body adjusts lol. I have just been randomly picking videos because I'm terrified I wont make it through a whole 60 minutes. I don't want to fail. Any tips would be appreciated!!!
Please don't get discouraged believe me we've all been where you are I learned I was way out of shape when I first joined this site I also started with beginner bootcamp then went to level up then I just started picking longer workouts & modifying to my fitness level now 4 months later I am keeping up with most advanced workouts lisa gives you plenty of modifications in her lives but you can always replace harder moves with something you are comfortable with nothing is set in stone I encourage to keep going its always easier to quit & talk ourselves out of things we don't think we can do youll be amazed in your progress if you keep going trust me
