Discovered the Tabata challenge today. I've finished 14 week os Hiit Maxx. So.. how and when do I use the Tabata challenge to get the most of out it? Just 1 video per day? building as in Hiit Max? Or on the back end of another workout?
You can add Tabata after another workout if you are up to the challenge. Or you can do it just once per day, just depends on how many workouts you want to do per day!
