I was wondering if I could get some help with what burnouts to do on what days for the beginner bootcamp.
If you check the workout journal it should tell you in there :)
I have checked it out, I can't seem to find it. I don't know if I am missing it or what but I seem to be struggling. All i see is the daily workouts. Thanks for your help!
Sorry about that! Really it doesn't much matter which burnout you do with which day as long as you do a different one each day until you are through them and then start again in the same order :)
The first 2 days specified a burnout to do after the workout. Day 3 did not. So I just picked one that I hadn't done and that wasn't the focus of that day's workout.
