Sun Salutation A's and Sun Salutation B's is where we focus today. These poses are the "bread and butter," or base, of a vinyasa practice. Give as much as you can, hold the poses for as long as you can, and you'll be able to feel your progress!
Today we move into our vinyasa part 3. Breathe deeply, focus your intention, and stay in the sensations.
As you work through today's balancing postures, focus on bringing both sides of your body together to support your core. Don't get rigid, stay fluid.
Today's balance series is going to be a challenge. We're taking things from the floor to standing, and from standing to the floor. Remember, the value of repetition. Rarely are we good at something the first time we try it! Keep practicing, we know you can do it!
