Today's balance series is going to be a challenge. We're taking things from the floor to standing, and from standing to the floor. Remember, the value of repetition. Rarely are we good at something the first time we try it! Keep practicing, we know you can do it!
You've almost made it through the Advanced Series. Before you get going with today's practice, take a moment to remember that life is about balance. No one can be good or perfect ALL the time! Life, and yoga, are all about the balance of all facets of our existence!
