Roasted Caulflower With Savory Dip

It doesn't get much easier than this one! Time to make cauliflower sexy! Just add a protein & serve!
1 tbsp coconut oil,
pinch of turmeric
pinch of ground cumin
pinch of ground cinnamon
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 handful of flat leaf parsley
Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Boil a large saucepan of salted water. Add the cauliflower to the water and simmer for 8 minutes.
Melt the coconut oil and mix with all the spices. Set aside. In a different bowl, mix together tahini, yogurt, and lemon juice with 3-4 tbsp of water. Mix in the parsley.
Drain the cauliflower and pat dry. Place floret up on a foil lined baking sheet and rub with coconut oil spice mixture. Roast for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before serving with savory tahini yogurt dip.
