What to expect:
Jenny is going to get your engines revving with a three minute warm-up. Then, you move right into your HIIT workout. Featuring a little animal flow, a little plyometrics, a little lifting and a whole lot of sweat, this is the perfect post-holiday workout to get you excited about training again.
Your warm up is 3 minutes, moving between moves every 30 seconds. Your circuits are made-up of 45 second exercises, with 10 seconds rest between moves. Do 3 rounds of the first circuit before moving onto the second.
