What to expect:
You’re going to be working your entire body, alternating between lower body and upper body circuits using subtle (but noticeable) resistance. Then, Irina is going to finish this class (and your abs) off with an amazing core circuit to help trim and tone your tummy.
Set your timer for 30 second intervals--no breaks (or as little as possible).
Complete the first two circuits in succession twice. Then, do the core finisher for 3 rounds.
